سپیشل کوٹہ تعلیمی سکالر شپ 2021 - 2020

اگر آپ نے میٹرک یاانٹرمیڈیٹ کاامتحان سال 2020(سالانہ) میں پاس کیا ہے اور آپ کا تعلق درج ذیل کسی ایک کیٹیگری سے ہے تو آپ پنجاب ایجوکیشنل انڈومنٹ فنڈ کے سپیشل کوٹہ تعلیمی سکالر شپ کیلئے درخواست دے سکتے ہیں ۔

 ( یتیم طلباء و طالبات (جن کے والد وفات پا چکے ہیں

 سپیشل (معذور) طلباء و طالبات

 گریڈ 4-1 (ایک تا چار) کے سرکاری ملازمین کے بچے

 دہشت گردانہ حملوں میں شہید ہو نے والے سویلین کے بچے

 اقلیتی مذاہب سے تعلق ر کھنے والے طلباء و طالبات

سپیشل کوٹہ اہلیت کی دیگر شرائط

 بورڈ آف انٹر میڈیٹ اینڈ سیکنڈری ایجوکیشن یا فیڈرل بورڈ آف انٹر میڈیٹ اینڈ سیکنڈری ایجوکیشن کے زیر انتظام منعقدہ امتحان 2020 (سالانہ) برائے میٹرک/انٹرمیڈیٹ میں کم از کم (%60) نمبر حاصل کرنے والے طلباوطالبات ۔

 صرف صوبہ پنجاب کی حدود میں واقع فیڈرل گورنمنٹ/ پرائیویٹ رجسٹرڈ اداروں کے طلباو طالبات درخواست دینے کے اہل ہیں ۔

 والدین کی کُل ماہانہ آمدن 23,000 روپے یا اس سے کم ہو ۔ گریڈ 4 - 1 (ایک تا چار) کے سرکاری ملازمین کے بچے 23,000 روپے ماہانہ آمدنی (اگر آمدنی کا زریعہ صرف تنخواہ ہے) کی شرط سے مستثنیٰ ہیں ۔

 دہشت گردانہ حملوں میں شہید ہونے والے سویلین کے بچے آمدن کی شرط سے مستثنیٰ ہیں ۔

 کُل وقتی (ریگولر) رجسٹرڈ تعلیمی ادارہ میں انٹر میڈیٹ یا گریجوایشن2020 میں داخلہ لیا ہو

درخواست دینے کا طریقہ کار

 اہل طلباء و طالبات www.peef.org.pk پر آن لائن درخواست دے سکتے ہیں یا

 درخواست فارم چیف ایگزیکٹو آفیسر ایجوکیشن (CEO Education) ڈپٹی ڈائر یکٹر (کالجز) کے ضلعی دفاتر یا پنجاب ایجوکیشنل انڈومنٹ فنڈ کے دفتر اور ویب سائٹ (www.peef.org.pk) سے بھی حاصل کی جا سکتی ہے اور پُر شدہ درخواست بذ ریعہ ڈاک بھی بھجوائی جا سکتی ہے ۔

 غلط معلومات فراہم کرنے یا نا مکمل درخواست کی صورت میں درخواست مسترد کی جائے گی اور درخواست گزار کسی بھی کاروائی کا مجاز نہ ہو گا ۔

 (PBTE / TEVTA) کے تحت امتحان پاس کرنے والے طلباء وطالبات اس سکالر شپ کے لئے درخواست دینے کے اہل نہیں ہیں ۔

 دوسرے صوبوں بشمول ICT , FATA, AJK کے طلباء وطالبات بھی درخواست دینے کے اہل نہیں ہیں ۔

 مقررہ تاریخ تک پُر شدہ درخواست فارم موصول نہ ہونے کی صورت میں سکالر شپ کے سلسلہ میں کوئی کاروائی نہ کی جائے گی اور کوئی عذر قابل قبول نہ ہو گا ۔

If you have passed the Matriculation or Intermediate examination in the year 2020 (Annual) and you belong to one of the following categories, you can apply for the Punjab Educational Endowment Fund Special Quota Educational Scholarship.

(Orphaned students (whose father has passed away)

 Special (disabled) students

Children of Grade 4-1 (one to four) government employees

Children of civilians martyred in terrorist attacks

Students belonging to minority religions

Other conditions of special quota eligibility

 Students who get at least (60%) marks in the examination 2020 (annual) for Matriculation / Intermediate conducted by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education or the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education.

 Only students of Federal Government / Private Registered Institutions located within the Province of Punjab are eligible to apply.

* The total monthly income of the parents is Rs. 23,000 or less. Children of government employees in grades 4-1 (one to four) are exempted from the requirement of a monthly income of Rs. 23,000 (if the source of income is salary only).

* Children of civilians martyred in terrorist attacks are exempt from the condition of income.

Enrolled in Intermediate or Graduation 2020 in a full time (registered) educational institution

How to apply

 Eligible students can apply online at www.peef.org.pk or

 Application forms can also be obtained from the Chief Executive Officer Education (CEO Education) Deputy Director (Colleges) District Offices or Punjab Educational Endowment Fund Office and Website (www.peef.org.pk) and completed application Can also be sent by post.

In case of providing false information or incomplete application the application will be rejected and the applicant will not be authorized to take any action.

(Note) Disability conditions

 Students who pass the exam under PBTE / TEVTA are not eligible to apply for this scholarship.

 Students from other provinces including ICT, FATA, AJK are also not eligible to apply.

In case of non-receipt of the completed application form by the due date, no action will be taken against the scholarship and no excuse will be accepted.
